Note:
No claim will be honored without a clear, close-up photograph of
the part for which the claim is submitted. Photos can be e-mailed
to service@broaster.com.
Any
claim for a part that fails while installed on a piece of
equipment must include the serial number of the
unit
on which it was installed.
The
final resolution of the claim is dependent upon the information on
this form. If any information is lacking, the claim will not
be processed until that information is provided. No credit
will be issued for any part that fails due to accident, misuse, or
mishandling.
Do
not discard the part for at least one year in case the
manufacturer of the part needs to have it returned to them.
