Carrying on a family tradition of being in the restaurant business that dates back to their grandfather, Dave and Richard Ferris are brothers and partners in the successful Sneaky's Restaurant and Catering Service in Souix City, Iowa.

The brothers report the family tie has proven to be an asset, not a liability.  "We get along great ... most of the day," says Dave Ferris.  Richard Ferris adds, "We know we can count on each other when help is needed.  We each put in an average of 70 hours a week in the business, so we know what it takes to run the business."

The Ferris brothers teamed up for their first restaurant business venture in 1975 when they opened the Loaf and Brew Restaurant (now King Sea Chinese Restaurant) in downtown Sioux City.  Four years later, they bought Sneaky's Restaurant, 3711 Gordon Drive, operating both businesses for about a year.
