On July 1, 1960, Albert and Joan Sabo added two y's to their name and called their new restaurant SAY-BOY.  They have been serving Genuine Broaster ChickenŽ, sizzling steaks, lots of pasta, and a variety of home cooked foods ever since.

Word of mouth has been their biggest advertising media.  Through three decades, they have gained repeat customers.  Some loyal patrons dine at SAY-BOY twice a day.  Broaster ChickenŽ has been served at many happy occasions (weddings, family reunions, etc.) resulting in increased sales each year.

They currently offer many BroasterŽ products on their menu, including Genuine Broaster ChickenŽ, pork chops, fish, potatoes, onion rings, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and cheesesticks.  Using Broaster Fish-N-Chips batter, Al even has formulated his own "secret" recipe for coconut fried shrimp.  SAY-BOY makes all these tasty products to order using only BroasterŽ marinades and coatings in their Broaster model 1800 and 1600 pressure fryers.

Broaster ChickenŽ has played a very important role in the growth and continued successful operation SAY-BOY has enjoyed for thirty-five years.  It has helped make SAY-BOY a favorite eating and meeting place in Fairmont, West Viginia.
