Schwarz's
Supper Club
New Holstein, WI
(Supper Club)

Located just
outside of New Holstein in picturesque St. Anna, Wisconsin, Schwarz's
Supper Club has been a dining tradition for over 35 years.
The first outward signs of quality and success come from the
astounding wooden bar and its trim that greets you when you
enter. Couple this with the country decor of the dining
rooms and you truly get a sense of the Schwarz family tradition
surrounding you.
John Schwarz,
second generation owner after "Ziggy" Schwarz,
credits much of their entree success to a single model 40 broiler,
two double model 40 broilers, and two model 1800G pressure fryers
from The Broaster Company.
With
dedication, a quality staff, and an organized kitchen, Schwarz's
Supper Club is always prepared to serve valued customers hot and
delicious entrees. With a seating capacity of 225, it is not
uncommon for the staff to prepare nearly 800 steak dinners out of
the broilers on any given Friday. Charlie Schwarz,
restaurant manager, credits this to the speed at which their
broilers can cook product on both sides a the same time.
Add to this
recipe of success their menu item of Genuine Broaster ChickenŽ
and it's easy to see why this family-run business has prospered in
this sparsely populated town. The owner, management, and
staff also thank Gary Keller and his team at Bromak Sales, their
authorized Broaster distributor, for
their continued support and reliability.
