Scott Brennan
Scotty's Broasted Chicken & Ribs
Arizona
"We've been serving Genuine BroasterŽ foods since 1991,
when we first opened. I became familiar with
BroasterŽ working at another restaurant while attending
college. I based my decision on the simplicity of the
operation and product quality. Today we serve 75 to 150
cases of Genuine Broaster ChickenŽ per week, in addition to
serving BroasterŽ potatoes, chicken tenders, shrimp, ribs, and
more."
Scott's father and co-owner Tom Brennan says
friendliness and a commitment to quality are the keys to their success.
"The BroasterŽ program works anywhere, with any
type of person. BroasterŽ provides every single tool needed to
be successful."

Grocery
Stores/Deli's

Jim Schultz
Schultz's Market Place
Wisconsin
"Everything started to take
off for me and my store after I bought my first Broaster."
In 1983,
Jim decided to add a small hot food deli to his store with the
main item being Broaster ChickenŽ. Shortly
after opening the deli, Jim received an order for 1500 pieces of
chicken. With only one machine, it took him hours to fill.
A second Broaster pressure fryer was ordered a few weeks later and
6 months later he ordered his third. By then he had started a new business
called Affordable Catering. The catering business grew
so fast
that a
short time later he added a fourth pressure fryer as well as two vans to
transport his BroasterŽ foods to his new customers!
