Chicken Wrap (makes 4

Ingredients

lb. of Broaster® Recipe Jumbo Popcorn Chicken or Broaster® Recipe
Chicken Tenders

8
oz. of lettuce

tomato slices
-
1
medium onion, sliced
-
8
oz. of Cheddar cheese, shredded

12
oz. of buttermilk ranch dressing
-
4
garden vegetable wraps
Instructions
-
Pre-heat
the Broaster pressure fryer to 360º F and cook popcorn
chicken for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes or tenders for 5 minutes.

Cut
approximately 5 to 6 pieces (or 2 tenders) into 1/4"
chunks.

Warm
the wrap in a microwave for 15 seconds.

Put
2 ounces of lettuce down the middle of the wrap.

Top
with 3 slices of tomato, onions, 2 ounces of cheese, 3
ounces of dressing, and 4 ounces of chicken chunks.

Fold
the sides of the wrap in and roll tight.

Cut
diagonal.
