Q. What are the requirements to become a Broaster operator?

A. In order to use a Broaster trademark name such as Broaster®, Broasted®, Broaster Chicken®, Broaster Foods®, Broasterie®, Bro-Tisserie®, or Broaster® Recipe Express to name or advertise your foods, you must ...

1. cook your products in the appropriate Broaster company manufactured fryer or rotisserie oven,
2. prepare your products using only Broaster marinades, coatings, and seasonings (or use Broaster® Recipe frozen food products),
3. follow the preparation and cooking guidelines prescribed by The Broaster Company,
4. have a signed trademark agreement on file with The Broaster Company (every Broaster operator signs a licensing agreement at no cost and receives annual certification each year)
