02/27/2006: Broaster Receives AIB's "Superior" Rating

Beloit, WI, February 27, 2006 – The American Institute of Baking (AIB), an independent inspection firm that audits and evaluates The Broaster Company's quality and safety programs each year, has once again given Broaster its "Superior" rating, the highest it bestows.

During its annual audit of the Broaster manufacturing facility in Beloit, the AIB reviews the conditions of the facility as well as the adequacy of operational methods, cleaning practices, and food safety management and maintenance programs.

Commenting on the rating, Richard Schrank, President/COO of The Broaster Company, stated "... Broaster personnel work very diligently on a continual basis throughout the year to ensure attainment of this highly regarded and desired classification. We congratulate all involved on this achievement."
