12/01/2004: Broaster Announces Availability of New Marinator Accessory Kit for Model 620 Motorized Easy Breader

Beloit, WI - Tracy Choppi, Vice President of Sales for the Broaster Systems Division announced today the availability of a new Marinator Accessory Kit for the company's Model 620 Motorized Easy Breader.

By using the new Marinator Accessory Kit (PN 16210) in combination with Broaster's Model 620 Easy Breader (PN 85302), operators can marinate 15 lbs. of Genuine Broaster ChickenŽ or BroasterieŽ Chicken in just 15 minutes!   Tests conducted in Broaster's Food Science department confirm that this form of marinating achieves the same flavor profile and marination levels as the traditional overnight soak method.

This new kit provides the perfect solution for operators who run out of marinated chicken and need an immediate solution ... or who choose not to use either the traditional overnight soak method or Broaster's ChickiteŽ Plus Marinated Premium Fresh Chicken product.  The kit also provides cost savings and easier cleaning measures for operators by eliminating the need to purchase and maintain a separate marinator accessory drum.

With this new marinating method, operators simply place a polyethylene marinator bag included in the kit inside their existing Model 620 Easy Breader breading drum.  Following that, a plastic paddle, also included in the kit, is placed inside the bag inside the drum.  The operator then randomly places fresh chicken on each side of the paddle, pours in premixed Broaster ChickiteŽ or BroasterieŽ marinating solution, and utilizes the holder and stopper assembly included in the kit to seal the bag.  After locking in place the drum's cover, the operator simply places the drum on the Model 620 turntable and sets the timer for 15 minutes.  After completion of the timing cycle, the chicken may then be removed, drained, and breaded.
