02/10/2004: Broaster Announces Promotion of Tracy Choppi to VP Position

Beloit, WI - Richard Schrank, President/COO of the The Broaster Company L.L.C., has announced the promotion of Tracy Choppi to Vice President of Sales for the Broaster Systems Division.

A graduate of Rockford College with a B.A. in Business and Spanish, Choppi joined Broaster in 1994 as Export/Government Sales Assistant.  She was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 1995, Director of Export Sales in 1998, and National Sales Manager for the Broaster Systems Division in November of 2000.

Headquartered in Beloit, Wis., The Broaster Company markets and licenses the Genuine Broaster ChickenŽ, BroasterŽ Recipe Express, and Bro-TisserieŽ programs worldwide through a network of authorized distributors.  The company also manufactures a full line of specialty foodservice equipment, blends a complete line of marinades and breadings, and markets an expanding line of ready-to-cook, frozen foods for foodservice operations under the BroasterŽ Recipe Foods brand name.  Established in 1954, The Broaster Company is celebrating its 50th anniversary throughout 2004.
