The Model 620 motorized Easy Breader™ Breader Drum coats 20 lbs of product in just 3 minutes.  It is constructed of high density polyethylene, so it cleans easily and is dishwasher safe.

Perfect for low volume operators or as a back up for high volume operations, the Marinator accessory marinates 14 lbs. of 8-piece-cut chicken in just 15 minutes, instead of the normal 8 to 12 hours.  This ensures the ability to serve a consistently high quality product at all times.  Its built-in timer and durable stainless steel design makes it simple to use, simple to clean.

The unit requires no special training and fits easily on almost any countertop.  It is the recommended “prep” machine for use nationwide by licensed operators of Genuine Broaster Chicken®.  It is designed to work in conjunction with Broaster® Chickite® marinade and Slo-Bro® coating, which are available from your authorized Broaster Company distributor.
