Pressure Fryers Put On A New User Friendly Face
Beloit, WI- The Broaster
Company pressure fryers greet the new millennium with a new
face. With upgraded electronics, the new control panel is
undoubtedly more user friendly than ever. The control
panel display digits have been enlarged and more information is
accessible with the touch of a few buttons. A number of
other modifications have been made in an effort to minimize
cleaning and maintenance time.
Broaster Company pressure fryers are designed for high output of
quality foods, such as chicken, fish, chops, ribs, potatoes and
more. Natural juices are sealed in, producing consistently
good food, in appearance, quality and taste. Less moisture
escapes from food so less oil is absorbed, resulting in a
healthier, better tasting product.
Broaster Company pressure fryers require less cook time than a
standard open fryer, for faster service and more satisfied
customers. The Broaster Company’s flagship model, the
1800, is only 18” wide and occupies less than 4-1/2 sq. ft. of
floor space. Both the 1600 and 1800 models have a built-in
filtering system for quick and easy filtering of oil.
Headquartered in Beloit, Wis., The Broaster Company markets and
licenses the Genuine Broaster Chicken®, Broaster® Recipe
Express, and Bro-Tisserie® programs worldwide through a network
of authorized distributors. The company also manufactures
a full line of specialty foodservice equipment, blends a
complete line of marinades and breadings, and markets an
expanding line of ready-to-cook, frozen foods for foodservice
operations under the Broaster® Recipe Foods brand name.
