Marketing Communications Assistant

This entry level position performs a wide range of responsibilities primarily centered around receiving, processing, and forwarding inquiries and other customer contacts to our network of independent distributors. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with a variety of marketing communications tasks such as literature page layout, trade show coordination, and web site content maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer and organizational skills; significant experience using Microsoft Office software; familiarity with page layout and graphics software such as Quark Xpress, Illustrator, and Photoshop; and excellent written and oral communications skills. An Associate's Degree in Marketing and 2-5 years of experience performing similar tasks is desirable but not absolutely required.
