Q. What makes Genuine Broaster Chicken® the best fried chicken in the world?

A. Genuine Broaster Chicken® begins with the finest quality chicken, carefully marinated and coated with specially formulated Broaster ingredients.  Then, as each order is received, the chicken is placed inside the Broaster Company manufactured pressure fryer, designed to cook each individual piece of chicken "under pressure" in the chicken's own natural juices, limiting the absorption of cooking oil and driving the marinade deep down to the bone while searing the chicken with a golden, crispy-crunchy coating.

The result is Genuine Broaster Chicken®. No other process, no substitution of Broaster® ingredients can duplicate its world famous taste, texture, and delicious Broaster® flavor.

All Genuine Broaster® foods are prepared and cooked in a similar fashion. And, best of all, our Genuine Broaster®, Broasterie®, and Bro-Tisserie® chicken selections provide a more tender, juicy, and flavorful product with a fraction of the carbs, and fewer calories and less fat in most instances, than the leading national brand! (Click here for full nutritional information.)

You can find these superior quality foods at foodservice operations that display the official red and white Broaster Foods® trademark.

Q. What are Broaster® Recipe foods and why are they better?

A. Broaster® Recipe foods provide all of our popular seasonings, coatings, and flavorful marinades in a full line of high quality foods that are quick frozen for the delicious and distinctive taste that can only be Broaster.

From 8-piece-cut chicken, to boneless products such as chicken tenders and popcorn chicken, to convenient grab 'n go foods such as hot wings, potato wedges, cheese sticks, cod, shrimp, and catfish tenders, these popular foods come ready-to-cook for ease of preparation and operator convenience.

Broaster® Recipe foods are available at all Broaster® Recipe Express locations as well as at select Genuine Broaster Chicken® locations.

Q. What is Broasterie® Chicken and how does it differ from conventional rotisserie chicken?

A. Specially developed by The Broaster Company for pressure frying, the newly introduced Broasterie® Marinade and Broasterie® Supreme Seasoning condiments provide operators using Broaster pressure fryers with the capability to produce great tasting Broasterie® rotisserie style chicken in a fraction of the time required by conventional rotisserie cooking methods. Best of all, the resulting product is more tender, juicy, and flavorful than rotisserie oven cooked chicken, yet is nutritionally comparable in calorie, fat, and carbohydrate content.

With a suggested cooking time of just 13 minutes at 360º F in a pressure fryer compared to 60 to 90 minutes in a typical rotisserie oven, this delicious new low carb menu addition allows Broaster operators to enter the soaring rotisserie chicken home meal replacement market quickly, simply, and easily using equipment they already have.
